AL내장판 특장점 (AL Interior Panel Special Features)

• 안전성 (Safety)

  철도차량 내장재에 알루미늄을 원재료로 사용하며, 세라믹도장(불연)으로 알루미늄에 표면처리를 하여 화재로부터 안전성을 높인 인테리어 제품입니다.

  This is an interior product that uses aluminum as a raw material for railway vehicle interiors and enhances safety from fire by surface-treating aluminum with ceramic coating (non-combustible).

• 경량화 (Lightweight)

  국제환경이슈에 따른 에너지 절감 및 환경 정책의 일환으로 경량화 제품(기존STS제품에서 AL제품으로)의 수요 증가 추세에 따라 보다 효율적인 제품을 생산하고 있습니다.

• 자원재생 (Resource Regeneration)

  기존 PB, FRP 제품에 비해 친환경적인 AL제품으로 재활용이 용이합니다.

Air Duct

• 에어덕트 (Air Duct)

  전동차 객실 내부의 상부 모듈로써, 환기 또는 냉,난방등 객실내 공기를 유도하기 위한 공조 설비의 일부입니다.

  AL프로파일 박스형 조립 구조에, 내부에는 단열재를 적용하여 결로 및 열손실을 막고 실란드 마감을 통해 기밀을 유지하여 효율적인 공조 효과를 구현합니다.

  진직형 구조상 다양한 디자인의 압출 형상 구현이 가능하며, 덕트 중심부에 각 노선별 다양한 색상을 적용하여 상징성 및 미적 효과를 기대할 수 있습니다.

  As an upper module inside the passenger compartment of an electric vehicle, it is part of the air conditioning equipment to induce air inside the passenger compartment for ventilation or cooling/heating.

  In the AL profile box-shaped assembly structure, insulation is applied inside to prevent condensation and heat loss, and the sealant finish maintains airtightness to implement efficient air conditioning effects.

  Since it is a straight structure, it is possible to implement extrusion shapes of various designs, and by applying various colors for each route to the center of the duct, you can expect symbolic and aesthetic effects.

Ceilling

• 실링판넬 (Ceiling Panel)

  에어덕트와 같은 객실 내부의 상부 천정 구조물이며, 덕트와 측벽 사이의 공간을 메우는 마감 판넬입니다.

  설계요구조건에 따라 압출재 또는 판재로 다양하게 제품화가 가능 합니다.

  It is an upper ceiling structure inside a room, such as an air duct, and a finishing panel that fills the space between the duct and the side wall.

  It can be manufactured in various ways as extruded material or plate material depending on the design requirements.

Coving

• 커빙 (or 코너실링) / Curving (or Corner Ceiling)

  객실 천정 실링판넬과 측벽 사이드판넬이 맞닿는 코너에 적용되는 제품으로 각종 케이블 및 전장품의 점검이 용이토록 열림 구조로 되어있습니다.

  두 개의 상,하판을 리벳으로 결합하여 형상을 구현합니다.

  주요 기능품으로 잠금장치(락킹), 폴스테이, 가스쇼바, 힌지등이 조립됩니다.

  This product is applied to the corner where the ceiling panel and the side panel of the side wall of the guest room meet. It has an open structure for easy inspection of various cables and electrical equipment.

  The two upper and lower panels are joined with rivets to create the shape.

  The main functional parts are assembled as a locking device, pole stay, gas shock absorber, and hinge.

Side Panel

• 사이드판넬 (Side Panel)

  객실 측창부의 마감판낼로써, 압출재와 판재의 조립 구조로 구성되며 승객의 안전과 차음성을 고려하여 설계된 제품입니다.

  창문을 잡아주는 밴딩구조의 틀몰딩과 벽체판넬을 조립하고 판넬 내측에는 단열재와 패킹을 부착하여 차음과 단열 처리를 합니다.

  This is a finishing panel for the side window of the passenger compartment, and is composed of an assembly structure of extruded materials and boards. It is a product designed with passenger safety and sound insulation in mind.

  The frame molding and wall panel of the banding structure that holds the window are assembled, and insulation and packing are attached to the inside of the panel to provide sound and heat insulation.

End Panel

• 앤드판넬 & 파티션 (End Panel & Partition)

  객실 끝단부에 통로에 위히한 점검커버로써, 통로를 중심으로 양측면에 대칭구조로 설치되며 내부의 전장품 등을 점검할 수 있도록 열림 구조로 구성되어 있습니다.

  압출 몰딩으로 골격을 만들고 판재를 본딩하여 외판을 형성합니다.

  운전실 단부에는 판재로 구성된 파티션 판넬이 마감 됩니다.

  As an inspection cover for the passageway at the end of the cabin, it is installed symmetrically on both sides of the passageway and has an open structure so that the internal electrical equipment can be inspected.

  The frame is made by extrusion molding and the outer panel is formed by bonding the boards.

  The driver's compartment end is finished with a partition panel made of boards.
